On September 21, LexCAN and the town of Lexington introduced a new campaign to help Lexington residents contribute to the goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2050. Featured speakers were Lexington’s Sustainability and Resilience Officer, Maggie Peard, and CleanHeat Outreach Specialist, Andy Joynt. By focusing on a weatherization, electric heating and cooling, going solar, and finding ways to choose greener transportation options, everyone can pitch in to make net zero a reality.
