Learn the basics of propagating plants from your own garden. This workshop will cover the major methods of propagation, including vegetative, division, seed, and layering, with a focus on techniques suitable for home gardeners. We’ll discuss the materials and tools needed and when certain methods are most effective.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice propagation techniques and start a few plants to take home. Information on seed sources, supplies, and additional resources will also be provided so you can continue experimenting with propagation at home.
