Please join the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office on Friday March 20th at 12:00 PM for a virtual briefing to update community partners on the AGO’s newly filed lawsuit seeking to halt the federal government’s repeal of the EPA Endangerment Finding. AGO staff from the office’s Energy and Environment Bureau will provide an overview of the lawsuit, discuss its legal goals, outline the timeline for next steps, and highlight how the repeal of the Endangerment Finding will negatively impact communities in Massachusetts and across the country. Following the overview of the lawsuit, AGO staff will answer questions submitted in advance through the registration form. For more information about the briefing or to request special accommodations, please contact the Community Engagement Division at [email protected].
