Join us for a virtual community roundtable discussion on Connected Solutions, a demand response program from National Grid that provides financial incentives to customers who reduce their electricity use during periods of peak demand, such as the hottest days of the year.

This session is designed to hear directly from trusted community organizations and leaders about how the program is currently perceived and how outreach, messaging, and educational materials can better serve the communities you work with.

During the roundtable, participants will: – Learn about the Connected Solutions program – Share perspectives on community awareness and understanding of the program – Discuss barriers to participation and enrollment – Provide feedback on outreach strategies, messaging, and trusted communication channels

Feedback gathered during these discussions will help shape more effective and accessible program outreach efforts.

As a thank you for participating, attendees or their organizations will receive a stipend upon completion of a survey at the end of the session.
