Notice of Project Change (NPC)
Public Information Session
June 25, 2025
6:00pm – 8:00pm
To be held virtually.
North Airfield Ventures LLC and Runway Realty Ventures LLC will
hold a public information session to provide an overview of the Navy
Hangar Project and summarize the findings of the NPC filed with the
MEPA office on June 2, 2025. The project change includes restoration
and reuse of the existing Navy Hangar building for research and
development, and related uses, on a privately owned parcel adjacent
to L.G. Hanscom Field’s North Airfield in Bedford.
The NPC is currently under review by regulators and the public and
is available for download here (from the ‘Attachments’ tab).
Comments are due to the MEPA Office by July 11, 2025. Comments
may be submitted by email to [email protected] or via
the MEPA Public Comments Portal.
