DESCRIPTION:The Riders’ Transportation Access Group (RTAG) is a community
 -based group that advises the MBTA on transportation matters impacting peo
 ple with disabilities and older adults.\n\nThe goal is to ensure that all 
 people with disabilities and older adults have every opportunity to be ful
 ly participating members of our community. The right and ability to use pu
 blic transportation in an equal\, effective\, and dignified manner is a fu
 ndamental component to inclusion in our community. They welcome anyone to
