 oop of ice cream and a conversation about solar power\, energy efficiency\
 , and practical ways to reduce your energy costs and environmental impact.
 \n\nHear from Newton's Climate Action Coordinator about municipal solar in
 itiatives and how renewable energy is key to achieving the goals of the Ci
 ty's Climate Action Plan. You'll also learn from Green Newton's Energy Adv
 ocate about the importance of insulation and available Mass Save programs 
 that can help improve your home's comfort and efficiency.\n\nLocal solar e
 xperts will provide a Solar 101 overview\, share real-world case studies\,
  and explain community solar options for renters and residents who may not
  be able to install panels on their own homes. We’ll also share informat
 ion about local resources and support available to help residents take the
  next step.\n\nThis program is in partnership between the City of Newton S
 ustainability Team\, Green Newton\, and the Newton Free Library.\n\nRegist
 ration is encouraged\, and you'll get a reminder if you sign up. Walk-ins
