  by and for practitioners in the fields of high-performance building and d
 esign\, energy efficiency\, and renewable energy. It brings more than 1\,0
 00 industry leaders and emerging professionals together to learn from and 
 share ideas with each other. Sessions are curated by a volunteer NESEA-Mem
 ber content committee to ensure that conference sessions are genuinely use
 ful to attendees. The conference will feature product demonstrations\, net
 working events\, and accredited sessions that offer best practices and les
 sons learned\, case studies and proven data\, technical "how-to"s\, emergi
 ng technologies\, and innovative policies and programs.\nConference Theme:
  Don't Stop Us Now!\nThose of us committed to sustainability in our field 
 have built a robust movement\, and now is the time to prove that our momen
 tum cannot be stopped by indecision\, injustice\, or inaction. Despite new
  barriers to progress\, our industry continues to adapt to uncertainty. Ou
 r personal and professional resilience is being tested\, and we will only 
 move forward by supporting and learning from one another.\n\nWe have all h
 ad to adapt to hardships of some kind\, be it project setbacks\, discrimin
 ation\, or a lack of resources. There are millions of questions we’re al
