 ts Inc. and Sari Kayyali\, Microgrids Manager at GreenRoots Inc. Kiera and
  Sari will begin with a 20-30 minute presentation discussing the main barr
 iers that language diverse communities experience when accessing utility s
 ervice\, when applying for discount rates\, and when enforcing disconnecti
 on protections. They will then walk through some possible solutions\, tips
 \, and tricks to help clients through these processes. We will then open t
 he floor for questions and comments.\n\n\n\n\n\nQ&amp\;A Hours are intende
 d to be less formal opportunities for advocates to learn\, ask questions\,
  and share what they are seeing through their work on the ground\, which i
 s invaluable to NCLC policy advocacy work. Any questions or comments about
  energy and utility issues in Massachusetts are welcome\; they do not have
