 trial Sector and Income-Eligible Sector
DESCRIPTION:The Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC or Council) guides
  the development and monitors the implementation of Massachusetts’ natio
 n-leading energy efficiency plans by the state’s investor-owned electric
  and gas utilities and municipal aggregators with certified efficiency pla
 ns (Program Administrators or PAs). Pursuant to the Green Communities Act\
 , as set forth in G.L. c. 25\, §22(b)\, the EEAC is charged with coordina
 ting with the Program Administrators to prepare energy efficiency investme
 nt plans (collectively\, the Three-Year Plan). The PAs develop the Three-Y
 ear Plan\, which includes savings and spending targets\, implementation st
 rategies\, and various initiatives that serve residents and businesses. On
 ce the EEAC has reviewed and commented on a draft of the plan\, the PAs su
 bmit a final plan to the Department of Public Utilities for its approval a
 fter a full evidentiary proceeding.\n\nWorkshop 2 will focus on the Commer
