 burban spaces because herbs thrive in a wide variety of ecological niches.
  This workshop\, led by herbalist Mo Katz-Christy\, will focus on herbs fo
 r gut health\, stress regulation and sleep\, and immune support. We will d
 iscuss herbs you can bring inside for the winter\, herbs that you can grow
  in lead soil\, and herbs that can handle neglect.\n\nYou will tour the me
 dicinal herbs at LexFarm and participate in a hands-on demonstration of se
 edstarting and transplanting. Leave with the information to grow\, tend\,
