 ur many events. Active transportation (biking\, walking\, rolling) and pub
 lic transit are key factors in reducing our carbon emissions. We'd love to
  help you find the joy!\n\nYou may think "Why should I walk\, bike\, or ta
 ke the bus? I already have an electric vehicle\, so I don't have any carbo
 n emissions. While EVs don't have any tailpipe emissions\, they aren't zer
 o-carbon. Mining the raw materials for batteries\, manufacturing\, and gen
 erating the electricity they run on produces emissions\, as well as other 
 negative environmental impacts. Switching to EVs is an important harm red
 uction tactic\, but it's not the final solution.\n\nCheck out all the grea
