  and lower costs for tomorrow’s transportation needs.\n\nAltWheels is a 
 leading place municipal and corporate fleets come each year to understand 
 more sustainable transportation options. AltWheels showcases the latest ve
 hicle and fuel technologies\, educates passenger and fleet consumers on be
 st practices\, promotes real choices that exist in the marketplace\, and s
 timulates the demand for choices that will improve our health\, air qualit
 y\, and survival. AltWheels has won awards from the EPA and WTS for its ef
 fectiveness in changing thinking about transportation and real practices a
 nd behaviors.\n\nAltWheels participants include Fleet Managers from more t
 han 30 cities and towns in California\, Connecticut\, Indiana\, Massachuse
 tts\, Maine\, New Hampshire\, New Jersey\, New York\, Pennsylvania\, Rhode
  Island\, Texas\, Georgia and Vermont. Additionally\, many state and feder
 al agencies such as MassDOT\, DOT\, EPA\, CALSTART\, attend AltWheels. We 
 have 11 Clean Cities coalitions represented as well as support from Nation
 al Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) and North American Council f
 or Freight Efficiency (NACFE).\n\nAltWheels Fleet Day attracts Fleet Manag
 ers from colleges/universities\, hospitals\, and last mile delivery provid
 ers among others. Recent attendees from institutions include Brown Univers
 ity\, Harvard University\, Merrimack College\, MIT\, New York University\,
  Princeton\, University of Vermont\, the University of Massachusetts - Amh
 erst\, Suffolk University\, Yale University\, and the University of New Ha
 mpshire among others.\n\n\n
