  Plan has begun. Help ensure the program continues to support climate acti
 on.\n\nOne critical advocacy angle is embodied carbon. In February 2025\, 
 the Department of Public Utilities removed the proposed embodied carbon in
 centives from the current plan. Since then\, the MA-100 Home Embodied Car
 bon Study demonstrated the feasibility of HERS raters to conduct embodied
  carbon assessments and recommended the inclusion of embodied carbon incen
 tives in Mass Save.
